Today, enjoy breakfast in our beautiful coffee house; tomorrow, enjoy it on your own apartment balcony with a view of the ski jump or the Kramerspitze. In the evening, cook your own meals, order a delivery service, or enjoy schnitzel and Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes) in a traditional restaurant on Garmisch-Partenkirchen's picturesque Ludwigstrasse.

Our L Apartments (50 sqm) are perfect for your family vacation, with two cozy bedrooms each featuring a double bed in the master bedroom and a bunk bed in the small children's room. Balconies and terraces extend the living space and enhance it with beautiful views. The fully equipped kitchen in the living and dining area has everything you need to start the day with a delicious breakfast or prepare small snacks (equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, and dishwasher).

Premium holiday apartment for 1-3 people
Our Premium Apartments M (50 sqm) are ideal for couples. The large rain shower in the modern bathroom and the balconies with stunning views are particularly eye-catching. Even three people will find plenty of space; the couch in the open-plan living-dining area can be converted into a 1.80 m box spring bed. TVs are available in the living and sleeping areas. The kitchenettes are perfect for starting the day with a hearty breakfast or preparing small snacks (equipped with a removable two-burner ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, Moccamaster KBG Select filter coffee machine, and dishwasher).

Our Premium Apartment XL (100 sqm) offers enough space for a relaxed vacation, even for a larger group. With three bedrooms (one with a double bed or two single beds each) including TVs, two modern bathrooms with rain showers, a large wardrobe, a cozy living-dining room, and two small terraces, the apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is perfect for starting the day with a hearty breakfast or preparing small snacks (equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, Moccamaster KBG Select filter coffee machine, and dishwasher).

Our spacious holiday home (200 sqm) offers plenty of space for a relaxed getaway. With 6 bedrooms, 4 toilets, and 3 bathrooms, it offers enough room for a wonderful holiday in larger groups of up to 12 people. The 6 bedrooms (double or single beds, depending on your preference) can also be closed off separately if needed. The large kitchen on the ground floor and the cozy living room invite you to spend many unforgettable hours together. The small terrace off the kitchen is often chosen as a favorite spot.
